We are currently offering to families the option of having their appointment be turned into a Virtual Visit.
What is a Virtual Visit?
A Virtual Visit is a secure and confidential live video conference between you and your provider. How does a Virtual Visit differ from a regular visit? A Virtual Visit is like a regular office visit. You will be able to interact in real time and communicate just as you normally would in the office.
*** In order to have a virtual visit with one of our providers, you must have an active MyChart portal account. Additionally, patients over the age of 13 need their own MyChart portal account as well due to Massachusetts privacy laws. Please call the office if you need to set one up, 413-536-2393 option 3. ***
