Jacqueline L. Pleet, MD (primary location: Holyoke office)
Dr. Pleet received her undergraduate degree in Biology (Magna Cum Laude) from Jackson College at Tufts University where she was awarded the Anna Quincy Churchill Prize in General Biology. She also completed a year of postgraduate study in Biology at Columbia University. She received her medical degree from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York where she was awarded the Lester R. Tuchman Award for Clinical Excellence. She did her Internship and Residency in Pediatrics at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Pleet is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, a Member of the Massachusetts Medical Society, and is a Member and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tufts University Medical School and was a pediatrician at Haddonfield Pediatric Associates in New Jersey prior to coming to Holyoke Pediatric Associates.
Dr. Pleet is married with three children and enjoys tennis, playing the piano, and traveling with her family to places where she can learn about different cultures. Her special interests include working with inner city schools to improve the educational opportunities of our youth. |
