Sarah L. Osgood, RN, MSN, CPNP (primary location: Holyoke Office)

Ms. Osgood received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Simmons College, and her Master's degree in Nursing and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner training from Yale University School of Nursing. Ms. Osgood is certified by the National Board of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

Prior to joining Holyoke Pediatric Associates, Ms. Osgood worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Community Health Care Plan, New Haven, CT. She was a lecturer at Yale University School of Nursing and a preceptor in the Primary Care Center at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Ms. Osgood has also been a staff nurse in the Infant-Toddler Unit and Adolescent Unit at Yale-New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT.
