Robert M. Abrams, MD (primary location: Holyoke office)

Dr. Robert Abrams has been a pediatrician for over 40 years. He received his undergraduate degree from Amherst College and his medical degree from Boston University Medical School.

Dr. Abrams trained at the Children's Hospital of Washington, DC and served as a medical officer in the United States Air Force. He is a native of Holyoke and has a long-standing commitment to the community in which he serves. He has been a school committee member in Holyoke and a Trustee of the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Abrams is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Member and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Abrams has published several medical articles and recently published a children's book, Patches and Lullabelle . He enjoys playing the cello. Dr. Abrams' wife teaches French at Western New England College. They have four children and eight grandchildren.
