Hours

The Holyoke office (150 Lower Westfield Road) is open Monday through Friday from 8:45 am to 4:30 pm for routine checkups and acute care visits. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (413) 536-2393. The Holyoke office answers calls from 7:30 am to 9 pm Monday through Friday.

For urgent sick care, and emergencies on nights, the Holyoke office will see patients from 6 pm through approximately 8:30 pm. On weekends and holidays the Holyoke office is open for sick care and emergencies from 9 am through approximately 4:30 pm, with the exception of Christmas and Thanksgiving, when the Holyoke office is open for sick care and emergencies from 9 am through approximately 12:00 pm. If the office is closed, an on call provider and a triage nurse are available at all times at (413) 536-2393.

The South Hadley office (84 Willimansett Street) is open from 8:45 am to 4:30 pm for routine checkups. Appointments can be scheduled by calling (413) 532-0300. The South Hadley office answers calls from 8 am to 5 pm. For other times, call the Holyoke office for urgent sick care and emergencies at (413) 536-2393. If the office is closed, a physician and a triage nurse are available at all times at (413) 536-2393.

Directions to the Holyoke Office

From the South: Take 91 North to Exit 15. At the end of the exit ramp, take a left. Travel through a stop light and HPA will be on your left.

From the North: Take 91 South to Exit 15. At the end of the exit ramp, bear right and HPA will be on your left.

From the Mass Pike: Take Exit 4 to 91 North. Take 91 North to Exit 15. At the end of the exit ramp, take a left. Travel through a stop light and HPA will be on your left.

From Chicopee/391: Take 391 North to the end. Take a right on South St and travel to the end of the road. Take a left onto Northampton St. Take a right onto Whiting farms road. Travel to the next stop light and take a right onto Lower Westfield Road. Go through 2 stop lights and HPA will be on the left side.

Directions to the South Hadley office:

From the North: Take Route 116 South past South Hadley center, then take a left on Lyman St. then bear right at Old Lyman Road and right on Willimansett Street. The office will be on your left (number 84).

From the East: Take 202 South towards South Hadley. Turn left on Route 33/Old Lyman Road, then bear right onto Willimansett Street. The office will be on your left (number 84).

From the West: Take 202 North towards South Hadley. Turn right at Route 33/Old Lyman Road, then bear right onto Willimansett Street. The office will be on your left (number 84).

From South: Take Mass Route 33 from Springfield/Chicopee to South Hadley, and the office will be on your right (number 84) shortly after you pass Abbey Street.
