Our regular office hours are:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

For urgent sick care visits after hours: a physician is available by appointment, for urgent sick visits only, at our Holyoke office on Monday - Thursday evenings, weekends, and holidays. On weekends and holidays our staff starts taking phone calls at 8:00am, and hours may vary depending upon the volume of calls received.

At all other times, a physician is always on-call and can be reached by calling our main number (413) 536-2393. Our answering service and nurse triage service are available to assist you and will contact the on-call physician if needed.

Please call us before visiting the emergency room. The emergency room is meant for life threatening emergencies.

Inclement Weather Closings may occur from time to time for severe weather. For urgent sick care during such closings, a triage nurse and an on call provider are available by calling (413) 536-2393.

Directions to the Holyoke Office

From the South: Take 91 North to Exit 15. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left. Travel through a traffic light and HPA will be on your left.

From the North: Take 91 South to Exit 15. At the end of the exit ramp, bear right and HPA will be on your left.

From the Mass Pike: Take Exit 4 to 91 North. Take 91 North to Exit 15. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left. Travel through a traffic light and HPA will be on your left.

From Chicopee/391: Take 391 North to the end. Turn left on South St and travel to the end of the road. Turn left onto Northampton St.(Rt 5). At the 2nd traffic light turn right onto Whiting Farms Road. Travel to the next stop light and turn right onto Lower Westfield Road. Go through 2 traffic lights and HPA will be on the left side.

Directions to the South Hadley office:

From the North: Take Route 116 South past South Hadley center, then turn left on Lyman St. then bear right at Old Lyman Road and right on Willimansett Street. The office will be on your left (number 84).

From the East: Take 202 South towards South Hadley. Turn left on Route 33/Old Lyman Road, then bear right onto Willimansett Street. The office will be on your left (number 84).

From the West: Take 202 North towards South Hadley. Turn right at Route 33/Old Lyman Road, then bear right onto Willimansett Street. The office will be on your left (number 84).

From South: Take Mass Route 33 from Springfield/Chicopee to South Hadley, and the office will be on your right (number 84) shortly after you pass Abbey Street.
